Ellington Cup Qualifying

Wondering how you can join the competition? Below is a summary of the qualification requirements to be considered for a spot in The Ellington Cup. Further below is the official rulebook that outlines all of the qualifications, event types, and points structures. In summary, pursuit of excellence in the game of golf and supporting Glen Eagle are the two most important qualifications considered. Best of luck!

Qualification Summary

Earn points in a minimum of six qualifying events throughout the qualifying season

50

 

Earn 50 points by participating in the annual Foundation Scramble. Also earn up to 50 points based on finishing position in Glen Eagle POY tournaments.

Earn points by playing in the weekly Stableford game (scores must meet the outlined criteria)

  • Qualifying season is from May 1 through April 30

  • Foundation scramble awards points but does not count toward the 6 (six) event threshold

  • Points awarded in POY events will be based on gross scores that meet the outlined criteria
